Our Women's program is a fun mixture of Muay Thai fitness, HIIT circuits & weight training. Designed to help you shred fat, build lean muscle and feel great with a group of supportive women.

Nobody is thrown into the deep end when they start and for all beginners, the journey begins as as a NON-CONTACT sport. You definitely DON'T need to be fit BEFORE you come to us. You can also work around injuries and mobility restrictions with the careful guidance of our qualified coaches.
